As our pricing is geared towards creatives just starting out, if you are a more established business owner with an established email list, we have put together an alternative pricing structure which may work better for you.
It depends which option you choose. However - all of our pricing pathways start with Connect.
Connect lays the foundation to start connecting with potential customers and growing your audience. It includes everything you need for email marketing and growing and nurturing your audience along with a social media scheduler.

Every plan includes a monthly email allowance of up to 5,000 emails per month which is more than enough when you are getting started (e.g. you could comfortably send 1 email a week to a list of around 1,000 subscribers).
Your core plan is fixed at the rate you signed up at while your subscription remains active.
Your monthly subscription cost will only increase if you choose to add-on additional features or if your email sending volume increases as your subscriber list grows.
Some platforms advertise “unlimited” emails - but the cost of sending is always built in somewhere. Usually that means higher subscription fees for everyone, whether they use that capacity or not.
At Donato, we want to keep our base pricing accessible - especially for those just starting out.
By including a generous monthly allowance to get you started and only charging for additional capacity when it’s genuinely needed, we can keep our core plans lower for everyone.
In short, you’re not paying for the ability to send 100,000 emails if you’re only sending 2,000.

This means you monthly costs may increase in the future. As your subscriber list grows or your email sending increases, your plan will need to grow with you and you will be able to add-on additional email capacity (~£2 for 2,500 additional emails) to cover additional emails sent over the included 5,000 a month.
If you already have a large list and need higher sending capacity from the start, our Essentials Plan may be a better fit. It has higher email caps and you can still “build your own” by adding the features you need.
If you will go over at key times of the year (e.g. during a launch period), you can purchase a one-off add-on bundle (from ~£2 for an extra 2,500 emails). Just get in touch to arrange this.
No, your monthly subscription covers everything specified in the pathway you chose.
There are some optional add-ons, like branded mobile apps or extra features beyond the core platform, which are available for an additional cost - but only if you choose them.
There are no hidden fees for the core tools we offer.

You can start with just what you need right now and add additional features later as you grow. Donato is designed to support you at every stage of your creative journey.
You can amend your subscription to add new features anytime - whenever you're ready to grow.
Don't forget you can use the "Build Your Own" option to customise your own plan.

As a founding member, you'll lock in your special low rate - for life*. Even when prices increase for new members, your price stays the same, as a thank-you for joining us early.
If you start on Connect and want to add on additional features later, the add-on price will be at the original Founder rate even if the prices have since gone up to new customers. So if you join Connect as a Founder and later choose to upgrade to All Features, your price for All Features will be held at the rate advertised when you joined.
*as long as your subscription is continuous. Should you cancel and re-join, you would re-join at whatever the current rate is.
Yes, of course - you’re never locked into a long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. (But we think you’ll love how simple and freeing Donato makes your creative business!)
If you cancel your subscription, your account will be paused. We’ll keep your assets (website, emails, shop items, etc.) safely stored for 90 days. You can also request deletion immediately if you prefer.
If you want to return during that time, you can reactivate without losing your work. After 90 days, if your account remains inactive, your assets may be permanently deleted. We’ll always send you reminders before any deletions happen.
You can also choose to keep your account dormant for a small monthly storage fee (£5/month) beyond the 90 days if you need more time to decide.
After you sign up, you'll receive a welcome email. We will set your account up for you within 24 hours and let you know when it is ready.
If you choose to add-on a set-up package, we will need you to fill in a questonnaire so we can gather together some information about your account. Once we have this, we will get to work and your set-up will be complete in around 5 working days - we will keep you updated throughout!

We also offer a growing library of training guides and resources and tutorials. If there is a demand, we will set up support calls where you can come along and ask questions and get live help.
You'll also have the option to add on a set-up package for a one-off fee, or pay for some additional support anytime you want.
Plus - if you sign up as a founder member, you will be able to book a complimentary 30 minute onboarding call with us to get you started.
The only other things you will need are:
If you have chosen the Payments module, you will need a payment processor (you can create a free account with Stripe or Paypal which are the two most well known). You can add either or both to your account). There will be payment processor fees which are taken automatically, no up front payments (you can check these fees on the Stripe or PayPal websites).
If you have the Calendars option as part of your plan to schedule online meetings you will need video conferencing - you can connect either Google Meet or Zoom - both are free (there is a paid Zoom plan depending on how you want to us it). You will also need to connect a calendar - we recommend Google Calendar.
Yes, so that your pages and email address look professional we recommend it.
But it doesn't need to be set up before you join and we can help you with purchasing a domain and/or getting a business email address set-up. Just email us at [email protected] if you want some help with this.
